$70 per hour, per man — applies to jobs requiring extra labor beyond standard removal such as demo, property cleanouts, heavy sorting, spreading of deliverable materials etc.

Heavy Items
Concrete, tile, dirt, or rock — priced by weight, not volume
Same-Day / Rush Service
